Calendar

The Insty-Site CMS also provides a calendar for Insty-Site users to announce events. Entries can be single day events or recurring over a span of time.

Adding an Event

Event Title
Enter a brief title for your event. Titles should be between 3 and 100 characters in length.

Date/Time
Select the date and time the event will begin. It is necessary to select a valid date and time in all fields.

Recurring
Select YES if this is a recurring event.

Frequency
Select the frequency in which the recurring event will be held. Options include daily, weekly, weekdays (Mon-Fri), weekends (Sat & Sun), monthly, and yearly.

Expiration
Recurring events will appear in the calendar indefinitely unless you provide a date on which to expire the event.

Display For
This setting determines who may see the event in the calendar. The default settings is "Everyone," which shows the event to everyone. Selecting "Members" will show the event only to visitors who are logged into the website. Selecting "No One" will hide the event.

Event Description
Enter a detailed description for the event.

Manage Events
Allows you to edit existing events.
