Payment Gateways

The checkout system can be adjusted to use one of three checkout methods. This is especially important because security of your customers' payment information is the highest priority.

Paypal and Authorize.net
Third party payment processors are the most preferred method. They are secure, reputable, can process credit cards, and can integrate seamlessly with your website.

Manual Processing
This method is by far the least preferred and we DO NOT recommend use of this method. It requires higher security on your website and invoices must be purged of billing information as they are processed. Billing information is encrypted, but is not sufficient enough to guarantee security. For it to be secure, you would need a static IP and a SSL certificate.

Gateway Configurations
You can edit the configurations for whatever checkout method you choose by simply clicking on it. Although, you may need to contact your payment processing service for details to fill in this form.

Merchant ID
Enter the merchant account number or primary login identifier for your payment processing service. For Paypal, this is your e-mail address. For Authorize.net, this is your API Login ID.

Secondary ID
Enter a secondary merchant ID, if applicable. Paypal does not use this field. For Authorize.net merchants, your Transaction Key goes here.

Manage Shipping Methods
Here you can edit shipping methods or delete them.
