Setting Shipping
Currently, shipping is calculated based on a few settings. The global shipping charge is applied to all transactions. After that, the shipping cost per quantity for each item is applied to total the shipping for the transaction.
If you have the Free Shipping Threshold turned on and the transaction total, NOT including shipping, exceeds the threshold amount, then shipping is free.
